Our trip to Greece with EPOS Travel & Tours was outstanding. Our expectations were exceeded from day one (travel planning) until way after we returned back home. I am so thankful I clicked on the link months ago. It was a trip of a lifetime! Thank you from the bottom of our heart!
We started with a tour in Athens, then the Attica Riviera followed by the Grand Classical Tour of Greece all by Epos Travel & Tours.
We are a family of 4 (with two teenage boys) and we definitely wanted to visit Greece – but there is so much to see and experience that we made the best choice ever, we got in contact with EPOS Travel & Tours. Travel planning was so easy as Dionysis was always accessible and had fabulous ideas for our trip!
Our guides Kostas and Argiris were just so wonderful, they did everything for us and always with a smile in their face. As one of our son is a fan of basketball – they even took us to the basketball court where Giannis Antetokoumbo played. And we were able to sit there and soak up the atmosphere and he even was able to throw a hoop. Touring Greece we had an awesome time with our guides: culture, history, archaeology, friendship, lots of for wonderful discussions and, and, and… Kostas had the gift of turning a pile of stones into living history and we could feel and see what they have seen. His passion about archaeology was contagious – just brilliant. History actually came alive.
We were treated to wonderful meals and an excellent wine tasting tour. Argiris treated us we with outstanding food by taking us to fabulous restaurants and each regions speciality – and an extra portion of souvlaki! Thank you for all the recipes and that you gave us the opportunity to buy the ingrediences at that splendid store. So at least we can enjoy a little bit of the Greek cuisine at home.
So all together: we had the most remarkable family holiday with EPOS Travel & Tours. Everything was perfect. Everyone at EPOS Travel & Tours truly cared about us, from the first contact until saying goodbye. For all four of us, this has become the most memorable, eye-opening, adventurous, stunning, BEST Tour of our life – something we will remember and cherish forever. We of course saw all the important sites and lots of sites that were off the beaten track. Experiencing these, with our wonderful two guides, was just perfect. We especially loved, that before we arrived at a site they would give us all the history, the stories, the context and the connections and would point out the most interesting and significant things. So we could wander around and breathe in all the sites at our own pace! We even got a wonderful created map of all the sight we have seen, to take home!
